Hampton Inn Ukiah

We stayed here with our 2 and 5 year olds and they loved it. Our balcony was on the bottom floor and they couldn't leave (some hotels have patios that are inconvienent) there was also another tall fence with a gate beyond that so it was very safe. the pool is also gated. there is awesome coi ponds outside as well which the kids loved and in the breakfast area in the morning they show cartoons. all in all we will go back anytime for a little weekend trip because it was so family friendly! Also it was across the street from walmart, friedmans, applebees, foodmax, staples, and some more places which was nice for shopping and anything we needed last minute. I reccomend this place to anyone!

The room was very lean and spacious. Wi-fi was free and convenient. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was convenient and allowed me to get on with my day earlier than I would have been able to if I'd had to go to a restaurant. A Starbucks and an Applebees are very close by.

Quiet poolside ambiance

The room was missing towels, we only had 1!!! and there was fingernail trimmimg on the bed..did not notice till we were getting ready for bed. Called my parents to bring me some blankets. I was too upset to even speak to anyone.

Location near to Crush Italian & Steak restaurant which is a 5 star joint, stores and the freeway and a decent restaurant within walking distance, and stores closse by. Nearby Applebee's - great place to chill out.

The inside rooms around the pool provided a serene escape from the town's bustle, awesome for peaceful relaxation. The toiletries were well-presented, with towels beautifully folded as if they were art pieces. Having access to a variety of TV channels, including HBO, made winding down in the evening enjoyable.

The breakfast area could benefit from better organization during busy morning hours.

The clean room with a lovely city view offered a relaxing retreat. Friendly staff promptly assisted with our needs. The phone in the room was out of order, a minor inconvenience. I enjoyed my time here.

Lovely Stay with Really good Service!

They resolved our plumbing issues with grace. The warm breakfast was a good surprise each morning. Pro tip, Enjoy the restaurant next door if you want a hassle-free dinner without driving.

The location was ideal, nestled in the heart of town with quiet rooms around the pool. The amenities were excellent, from the perfectly folded towels to the reliable WiFi and a good variety of TV channels. Breakfast featured more than just the basics. The sausage and scrambled eggs definitely stood out. The bathroom fan was broken, a bit uncomfortable, and I noticed a foul odor from the carpet. While the staff was friendly, the toiletries could use an upgrade.

The hampton inn was a lovely stay! It had a perfect location close to the freeway. Plenty of restaurants nearby and groceries just across the street. The king room with pool view was super quiet. I really appreciated the neat amenities, like the perfectly folded towels and a nice blow dryer. The breakfast spread was excellent, with delicious cheese omelets and fresh fruit choices.
